Our new stretcher bar innovation: the Museo 65 has a profile of 65 x 44 mm and is almost distortion-free thanks to multiple gluing.
The recipe for success lies in the use of first-class materials and processing techniques. For the stretcher bar we use seasoned and kiln-dried 100% PEFC-certified pine wood. The wood is double laminated to protect it from absorbing humidity from the air and finger-jointed to prevent the natural tendency of the wood to warp.
The 10 mm high edge guarantees a large distance between the screen and the last surface. The reinforcing cross is placed quite far back so that there is also a large distance to the screen.
The stretcher frame is available from a side length of 20 to 600 cm. We are happy to cut the frame to your desired format for an additional charge of 5 euros per bar. Please note that the centre pieces must also be cut to size.
The stretcher frame has a round edge. If you wish a 'sharp edge', it is possible for an extra charge of 5 euros per bar.

The stretcher bar has a 1-fold slit ex works from a side length of 60 cm to a side length of 195 cm and a 2-fold slit up to a side length of 300 cm.

Advice on bracing:
Under a side length of 1m no middle bars are needed. If one side length exceeds 1m, one middle bar of the shorter side length is sufficient.If both sides are more than 1m long, you need one bar per side length (a simple cross). If one side is more than 2m long, you need two middle pieces of the shorter side and one of the long side (single double cross). If both sides are more than 2m long, the stretcher bars are each double slotted, so you need two middle bars per side length (double double cross).
