Thickener for oil paints
Tixogel® VZ is a chemically modified bentonite with high swelling capacity. The white-yellowish powder is transparent. For optimal thickening, use 0.5 to 1% (based on the paint). Tixogel prevents the oil paint from running, reduces the formation of scum and improves the hold in the brush.
