Permaset Aqua Mediums

Permaset Aqua Medien PERMASET TISCHKLEBER ist ein speziell formulierter druckempfindlicher Klebstoff für den Stoffdruck. Tischkleber verhindert jegliche Bewegung des Stoffes beim Drucken und lässt sich einfach mit einer Pinselrolle oder einem Spray auftragen. Tischkleber trocknet schnell und bietet eine dauerhaft klebende Oberfläche, die für die Verwendung auf fast jeder Oberfläche geeignet ist. SYNTHETISCHER FIXIERER Ein Zusatz für Permaset-Druckpasten oder Stoffdruckfarben, der die Haftung auf Untergründen deutlich verbessert, die unter normalen Bedingungen schlechte Klebeeigenschaften aufweisen würden. Synthetischer Fixierer eignet sich am besten für Anwendungen auf synthetischen Materialien wie Poly-/Baumwollmischungen, Polyester oder Acrylfasern. VERDICKER ist, wie der Name schon sagt, ein Verdickungsmittel für Permaset-Druckpasten oder Stoffdruckfarben. Durch die Zugabe von Permaset Tinters, Wasser, Ammoniaksulfatlösung, synthetischem Fixierer oder Kalthärtungsadditiv wird die Viskosität des Druckmediums verringert. Eine kleine Zugabe von Permaset-Verdicker bringt das Druckmedium wieder auf seine ursprüngliche Viskosität. PERMASET ANTI-BLUTUNGS-ADDITIV ist ein weiteres Spezialprodukt, das für Anwendungen entwickelt wurde, bei denen das „Ausbluten“ oder „Schleieren“ von Drucken ein Problem darstellt. Viele Stoffe werden von den Stoffherstellern entweder im Rahmen des Herstellungsprozesses oder um dem fertigen Produkt eine besondere Qualität zu verleihen, vorbehandelt. Leider reagiert diese Vorbehandlung in ungünstiger Weise mit dem Druckmedium und es entstehen Drucke, die zu Ausbluten oder Trübungen führen. Die Zugabe einer kleinen Menge Anti-Bleed-Additiv verleiht dem Druck eine festere und solidere Definition. PERMASET-WEICHSPÜLER ist ein Zusatzstoff, der verwendet wird, wenn eine weichere Haptik des fertigen Drucks gewünscht wird. Einige Stoffe erfordern aufgrund ihrer empfindlichen Beschaffenheit einen weicheren Druck und daher ist Weichspüler die perfekte Möglichkeit für ein „weicheres Gefühl“. Weichspüler kann auch in Verbindung mit der Verwendung von Permaset Synthetic Fixer und/oder Permaset Cold Cure Additive verwendet werden, da diese Additive dazu neigen, die Haptik eines Drucks zu versteifen. PERMASET-DRUCKVERZÖGERER soll den Trocknungsprozess des Permaset-Produkts verlangsamen. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass das Trocknen des Permaset-Produkts auf dem Sieb verzögert wird und somit keine Verstopfung des Siebs auftritt. Druckverzögerer sind auch für den Druck von Vorteil, da sie während des Druckvorgangs ein leichteres Ablösen des Siebs vom Druck ermöglichen.
