Composition:
Pure acrylic dispersion

•• dries to a waterproof, deep matt finish
Application
•• as a painting medium for the matt Sirius acrylic primary colours
•• also suitable as a deep matt medium for other Lascaux acrylic colours
Processing
When heavily diluted, the addition of Sirius Acrylic Medium increases the binder content and the consistency of the colours. The medium can be added pure or diluted 1:1 with water, for example. Adding Sirius Acrylic Medium Matt increases the film strength, which is recommended when heavily diluting or painting over several times. The deep matt surface of the Sirius acrylic colours is not affected by the addition of medium, however. Other Lascaux colours, on the other hand, become more matt when medium is added. Due to its matt surface, the medium is not suitable as a final varnish.
