TALENS DAMMA VARNISH MATT 082 

Purpose: 

Protection of an oil painting Composition: Dammar resin, turpentine, matting agent (wax and silica) 

Traditional final varnish 

Apply after the paint film has completely dried (± 1 year with a normal thickness of the paint film) 

Dries within a few hours 

May show signs of aging over time such as yellowing and craquelure 

Produces a silky sheen 

Apply in just one coat and spread in just one direction 

The degree of gloss can be increased by mixing with Dammar varnish glossy 081 

Can be diluted with white spirit or turpentine, clean brush with white spirit or turpentine 

Dry varnish layers can be removed with turpentine 

Shake well before use 

Highly flammable
