POSH® wooden palettes are everything their name suggests. Made from furniture-grade maple, they are hand-sanded and then hand-finished with our proprietary satin finish. This creates a non-porous surface that's ready for use, resistant to standard artist solvents and mediums, and easy to clean. The gray finish enhances color and value recognition by reducing light reflection. Additionally, the warp-resistant wood provides an ideal surface in the studio or outdoors. The palettes are manufactured in sizes 8.75 x 11.75 inches, 11.75 x 15.75 inches, and 15.6 x 19.6 inches.
All POSH® palettes are equipped with two custom-made silicone feet for excellent traction on any surface.
All maple palettes are handcrafted in Pennsylvania, USA. From design and wood selection to sanding, branding, and finishing; every detail is taken care of. We focus on details at every step of the process.
Finish: The palettes are hand-sanded and then finished with a non-porous, proprietary satin formula that is impermeable and resistant to water and common artist solvents and mediums. Additionally, the surface is crack- and chip-resistant, non-yellowing, and freezer-safe.
Proper Care: Best used with oil-based paints. Do not dig your palette knife into the surface or use a razor blade. Wet oil-based paints can be removed with artist solvents and a plastic razor blade. When using solvents, follow the manufacturer's appropriate care instructions. Avoid applying clove oil directly to your palette, as clove oil may compromise the finish.
