Product information "Ampersand Scratch Knife for Scratchbord" This scratch knife is the best tool to use when you're trying out the scratchboard for the first time. Use the fine tip of this tool to create details. Use the curved tip to create wider, more pronounced lines. Use short, irregular strokes for large areas with indistinct texture such as foliage, gravel and soil. Show flat or curved smooth areas. Cut more into the highlighted areas to shape them. Slightly curved strokes create convincing hair. Use random cross strokes to create grass effects.
