Product information "Schmincke painting varnish, glossy (50083)" Painting varnish glossy 50083 Final varnish for oil painting.
The varnish is glossy, elastic, non-yellowing, age-resistant and quick-drying.
Thinner:
Turpentine substitute (50019) Processing instructions Shake before use.
The product is ready to use, but can be diluted with turpentine substitute (50019) if necessary.
Only apply to the completely dry surface of the picture - after 8 to 12 months at the earliest - quickly with a suitable varnish brush at room temperature.
Clean tools immediately after use with turpentine substitute (50019) or brush cleaner (50051 / 50052). The dried varnish layer remains soluble for a long time in turpentine substitute (50019) or varnish remover (50060).
The usual layer thickness of the varnish has no significant influence on the UV resistance of the paint layer.
We therefore strongly recommend working with high-quality, lightfast oil paints right from the start.
Close the container immediately after use.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Individual preliminary tests are recommended.
Container sizes: 60 ml and 200 ml
Ingredients: acrylic resin, aldehyde resin, white spirit.
