Low-fat (“lean”) painting and thinning medium for oil colours. Recommended for thin grounds and to set up transparency paintings on gouache, tempera and acrylic paints; thins with hardly affecting the drying time and gloss. Dosage: 10 to max. 20%
Thinner: Turpentine substitute (50019)
Handling
- Shake well before use.
- The recommended dosage for MUSSINI medium 1 is 10 - 20 %.
- The product is ready to use, but can be diluted with e.g. turpentine substitute 50019.
- Please clean tools like brushes or palettes as soon as possible with e.g. oil of turpentine 50024 / 50102, turpentine substitute 50019 or brush cleaner 50051 / 50052.
- Recommended for thin grounds and to set up transparency paintings on gouache, tempera and acrylic paints.
- Close immediately after use.
- Store in a cool and dry place.
- Individual pre-tests are required.

Contains: Safflower oil, natural-/synthetic resins, mineral spirit.

Safety precautions
Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Take precautionary measures against static discharge. Do not breathe vapours. Avoid release to the environment. Wear protective gloves and eye protection. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor/.. IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Remove/Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.
Other hazards
Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
