cross brace K60 ( 1,6 x 5,5 cm)
Size: 30cm
The middle bars K60 are suitable for stretcher frames K60.   Depending on the length, the centre pieces either have no slot at all (shorter than 50 cm length), only one slot (from 50 cm length) or 2 slots (from 2m length). Accordingly, further middle pieces should be added so that 2 of them interlock at each slot, forming a cross and thus stabilizing the frame. Matching slots are worked into the wedge frames to anchor the ends of the corresponding centre pieces there.

unprimed portrait linen 300 g/m², 2.10 m width, extra fine, No. 32- 210
Linen weave is the simplest and certainly the oldest weave: here yarns of the same size are woven together in warp and weft direction. The result is an even grid that looks the same from the right and left. Due to its long fibres, linen is extremely tear-resistant. High air permeability and absorbency are just a few of the many properties of these fabrics.     100% linen     weight: 300 g/m²     width: 2.10 m (plus edge)     extra fine texture and very dense fabric     first class quality     smooth surface, ideal for portrait painting     price per running meter     ( #30033/210)

stretcher bar K65 ( 2.7 x 7.0 cm )
Size: 30cm
Profile: 2.7 x 7.0 cm Side length 30 – 300 cm Cutting to desired formats possiblestandard sharp edgefrom 3 m 3-fold slotted The K65 has a profile of 2.7 x 7.0 cm. We use seasoned and kiln-dried pine wood for the stretcher frame. The wood is finger-galvanized to prevent the wood's natural tendency to warp and, thanks to multiple gluing, is almost warp-free - a high-quality handcrafted product at an extremely affordable price. The stretcher frame is available with a side length of 30 to 300 cm. On request, we can produce stretcher bars of any length; the production time is usually 7-10 days. Please email questions about custom-sized stretcher frames. The stretcher frame has a sharp edge as standard. To get a stretcher frame, you need two stretcher bars on the long side, two on the shorter side and possibly a middle piece or cross and wedges. The stretcher frame comes with a single slot from a side length of 60 cm up to a side length of 195 cm, a double slot from a side length of 200 cm and a triple slot with a side length of 300 cm. Note on reinforcement: With a side length of 60cm you do not need any middle pieces. If a side length exceeds 60cm, a middle piece of the shorter side length is sufficient. If both sides are over 1m long, you need a middle piece per side length (i.e. a simple cross). If one side is over 2m long, you need two center pieces on the shorter side and one on the long side (simple double cross). If both sides are over 2m long, the strips each have double slots, so you need two middle pieces per side length (double double cross). With this profile, strips over 3m long have three slots. Please select the appropriate number of centerpieces.
