Wir wollen unseren Kunden höchste Qualität anbieten. Daher produzieren wir unsere Keilrahmen aus 100% Kiefernholz aus polnischen Wäldern. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Herstellern verwenden wir bewußt nicht abgeharztes Holz, da diesesweniger anfällig ist für die Aufnahme von Feuchtigkeit und sich daher weniger leichter verzieht. Kiefernholz, das sein natürliches Harz noch enthält, ist zwar etwas schwerer, bietet aber unserer Erfahrung nach wesentlich mehr Stabilität. Um diese Stabilität zusätzlich zu gewährleisten, produzieren wir keine Leisten, die unter einer Tiefe von 20mm liegen. Rahmen mit einer Tiefe von 15-18 mm sind erfahrungsgemäß schneller verziehen.

Die Keilrahmenleisten mit dem Profil K30, K40, K60 und K70 enthalten ab einer Länge von 50 cm einen Schlitz für ein Mittelstück und ab 200 cm einen Doppelschlitz. Die Profile K65, K6570 und K10070 haben ab 60 cm einen Schlitz, ab 2 m einen Doppel- Schlitz, ab 300 cm einen 3-fach Schlitz und ab 400cm einen 4-fach Schlitz. Gleiches gilt für die Mittelstücke. Bitte sprechen Sie uns bei Bedarf auf Übergrößen und verfügbare Profile an.

Für die Rahmengrößen gelten folgende Standards:

  • 50 x 50cm ohne Mittelstück
  • 60 x 60cm bis 90 x 90cm ein Mittelstück
  • 100 x 100cm bis 195 x 195cm einfaches Kreuz

Ab einer Leisten-Länge von 2m enpfehlen wir ein Doppelkreuz, d.h. ein Mittelstück über die längere Seite und zwei Mittelstücke für die kürzere Seite der Leisten.

  • 2 x 2m bis 2,90 x 2,90m Doppel-Doppel-Kreuz
  • 3 x 3m bis 3,90 x 3,90m Drei-auf-Drei Mittelstücke
  • 4 x 4m bis 4,90 x 4,90m Vier-auf-Vier Mittelstücke

 

 

Weitere Besonderheiten:

Alle Leisten der Profilgrößen K30, K35, K40, K45 und K2060 bestehen aus in einander gesteckten Holz-Teilen und haben eine runde Kante.

Die Profilgrößen K65, K70, K6570 und K10070 sind mehrfach verleimt und daher besonders stabil. Dies ist gerade für großformatige Rahmen von Vorteil. Die Profile haben nach der Bespannung aufgrund der scharfen Kante mehr Spielraum zwischen Leinwand und Leiste.

Unsere Dreiecke werden aus Tischlerplatte* hergestellt. Der Rahmen ist insgesamt 18 mm Tief, 12 mm Rahmenstärke plus 5 mm Kante.  *Tischlerplatte ist aufgrund seiner geringen Rohdichte sehr leicht und selbst bei schwankenden Klimaeinflüssen formstabil, biegesteif und besitzt ein hohes Stehvermögen, d.h. verformt sich nur wenig.

Our new stretcher bar innovation: the Museo 65 has a profile of 65 x 44 mm and is almost distortion-free thanks to multiple gluing.The recipe for success lies in the use of first-class materials and processing techniques. For the stretcher bar we use seasoned and kiln-dried 100% PEFC-certified pine wood. The wood is double laminated to protect it from absorbing humidity from the air and finger-jointed to prevent the natural tendency of the wood to warp.The 10 mm high edge guarantees a large distance between the screen and the last surface. The reinforcing cross is placed quite far back so that there is also a large distance to the screen.The stretcher frame is available from a side length of 20 to 600 cm. 4570 Connectors for extended lengthsThe stretcher frame 4570 is available from a side length of 30 to 500 cm, if you want to work with a length of more than 5 m you need the connecting piece offered here.With the connection made of aluminium, 2 strips are combined to an extended length. One connecting piece is necessary for the strecher bars. To extend a cross brace, 2 connectors are required, because they are installed on both sides. (see picture)

Profile: 3.3 x 4.5 cm, side length 30 – 200 cm, cut to custom sizes available, "sharp edge" available. The K 33 has a profile of 3.3 x 4.5 cm. For the stretcher frame, we use aged and kiln-dried pine wood. The wood is finger-jointed to prevent natural warping tendencies and is virtually warp-free thanks to multiple gluing – a high-quality handmade product at an exceptionally low price. The stretcher frame is available with a side length ranging from 30 to 200 cm.We are happy to cut the frame to your desired size for an additional charge of 5 euros per bar. Please note that the center pieces must also be cut. The stretcher frame has a rounded edge. If you prefer a "sharp edge," this can be done for an additional charge.To assemble a stretcher frame, you need two long side bars, two shorter side bars, and possibly a center piece or cross and wedges. The stretcher frame comes with a single slot from a side length of 50 cm up to a side length of 195 cm, and a double slot from a side length of 200 cm.For side lengths under 60 cm, no center piece is needed; if the side length exceeds 60 cm, one center piece for the shorter side is sufficient. If both sides are longer than 60 cm, you need one center piece per side (i.e., a simple cross). If a side exceeds 2 meters, you will need two center pieces for the shorter side and one for the longer side (simple double cross). If both sides are over 2 meters, the bars are double-slotted, so you will need two center pieces for each side (double double cross).
